As a sequel to Practice 1, the 2nd Listening Comprehension set emphasizes on having students learn to annotate the questions very quickly as they hear the texts for the first time. Identify the requirements in the question stems, so that they can be more focused. This allows students to listen for the information that is required in the questions. In addition, students have to spot the differences among the options, so that more attention can be given to sift out distractors.
